The Goal Getters Program by Girls That Rock is looking for dedicated young women at BHS to join our mission of empowerment and growth. Whether you’re a mentor or a mentee, this program offers an incredible opportunity to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and achieve your goals.

For Mentors:
We’re seeking BHS seniors who are on track to graduate and are ready to lead by example! To qualify, you must:

• Be a senior at BHS that is on-track for graduation

• Have plans for college or the workforce.

• Have no suspensions or behavior referrals in the past 60 days.

• Provide a letter of recommendation from a teacher, supervisor, counselor, or administrator.

For Mentees:
This is your chance to gain guidance and support from someone who’s been in your shoes! Applicants must:

• Be a BHS freshman committed to fully participating in the program.

Program Expectations:
All applicants must agree to:

• Attend at least 80% of sessions.

• Communicate any transportation concerns.
