Brittany Christopher MAC, LLPC
Director of Mental Health Advocacy
Brittany Christopher has always loved helping others. From an early age she knew that she would be in a helping profession. Brittany has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a minor in Communication. After 5 years in the finance world, she felt as if it was time to make a switch to something more meaningful. Brittany decided to peruse counseling and as of December 2020 holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Ashland University. Listening and empathizing with others has always come easy for her; she now gets to use those skills and more to assist others in becoming their best selves.
Brittany is a mother of 3, as well as an entrepreneur. One of her favorite quotes is “visualize your greatest self. Now start showing up as her.” She understands that thoughts become actions that become your lifestyle, so the thoughts you maintain directly effect the kind of life you will have. “I truly feel like I am speaking love, life, and positivity into all those that I come in contact with.”
Taylor A. Gamble
Executive Director/Founder
Taylor A. Gamble is the Founder and Executive Director of Girls That Rock. Having moved around quite a bit in her youth, Taylor has a real appreciation for the challenges that middle school youth face when it comes to connecting with their peers and feeling a lack of support from their community. “When I was younger, there was a lot of ‘you’ll figure it out’,” she said. “But, I think young people need a lot more than that to really be successful. I look forward to helping make that happen.”
Taylor is also a board member of Be A Friend Inc. a non-profit organization that focuses on mental health awareness. She holds a Bachelors Degree of General Studies with focuses in Psychology, Social Diversity and Business. She is SafeTALK certified. Her passions include dancing, community service, educating the upcoming generation, motivating her peers to set and achieve their goals.
